The news came from the Aran Civilization. Their leader was a super Intelligence Brain, but that did not mean the super leader personally governed everything directly—especially not matters of exploration like this. They had still dispatched many experts in the relevant fields to conduct on-site surveys.
The other civilizations were the same. Basically, every unmanned Probe Team would be assigned a Research Ship dedicated to filtering exploration data, and only after processing was complete would the information be transmitted back to headquarters.
