Of course, ordinary Cosmic Civilizations were not bad either. After mastering Vacuum Zero-Point Energy, they would basically, with the passage of time and deeper research into Vacuum Zero-Point Energy, slowly master some related technologies and derivative technologies.
Likewise, technologies that had been difficult to master back when they were Level Six Civilizations would, once the Technology Tree of Vacuum Zero-Point Energy was opened up, radiate into other Technology Trees and make those Technology Trees advance as well.
This kind of technological radiation was not one-way, but a mutual influence between different disciplines.
For example, various civilizations had only initially mastered Space Technology at the Level Six Civilization stage, but once they reached Cosmic Civilization, Space Technology would naturally see breakthrough progress. That was because research into Vacuum Zero-Point Energy would also involve research into the principles of space, studies of microscopic and macroscopic spatial dimensions, and especially the topic of cosmic energy.
Also, research into spatial dimensions would involve the Four Fundamental Forces, and the Four Fundamental Forces would in turn involve all kinds of related technologies.
The most important of all was, of course, the modification and application of the physical laws of the universe.
In short, a normal Cosmic Civilization was definitely comprehensively developed, and it would inevitably be extremely powerful.
But now, among the eighty-four civilizations, those ordinary Cosmic Civilizations did not seem to be that powerful. They really were not that powerful, and the reason was simple: they had not broken through on their own, but had instead obtained shared Vacuum Zero-Point Energy technology from other civilizations.
If they had relied on their own efforts to complete that advancement, then the moment they mastered Vacuum Zero-Point Energy, they would not only have immediately mastered Space Folding Technology; their technological applications in every other aspect would not
