One frustrating thing was that Orange Star Civilization, those bastards, had not shared the thousands of years of observational data they had obtained from the Buke Class with humanity.

They had actually wanted to share it, since they were all trying to find the Small Universe, but first, they had selfish motives, and second, if they said the information had come from the Buke Class, their secret would be exposed.

Of course, they could have covered it up by claiming it was information obtained from a Drift Bottle, but they had their own calculations.

This was a Small Universe left behind by a Level Six Civilization. Perhaps whoever found it first would be recognized as the Small Universe's successor owner. That was entirely possible, so Orange Star Civilization decided to keep the thousand years of observational data for themselves.

If they really found the Small Universe first and became its owner, they could simply enter it and shut the door behind them. Wouldn't that let them monopolize the inheritance?

Humanity had its own ulterior motives as well and had not told Orange Star Civilization that they possessed a Small Universe Key. Of course, humanity was not sure whether Orange Star Civilization also had a key, so they too wanted to find the Small Universe's exact location as soon as possible.

Dynamic Image Civilization, on the other hand, made no moves at all. They neither dispatched Probe Spaceships to explore this star region nor made any later declaration that the claim was invalid.

But humanity knew that they must be secretly using probes to observe the stars in this region.

Humanity had also worried that Dynamic Image Civilization would tell the Perseus Trade Federation behind them, but things had reached this point, and they could only search as quickly as possible.
