Having stated their reasons, this group of scientists thoughtfully listed a whole stack of formulas based on spacetime changes and the detectors' own perspectives, dousing the experimental scientists who were still conducting their experiments with great enthusiasm in cold water.

However, humanity's technology was no longer comparable to that of the Earth Era. What could not be done back then was no longer a problem now.

The scientists who supported the view that this experimental path was correct had their own reasons as well. They simply proposed conducting a one-way measurement of the speed of light. Superluminal Communication had not existed before, but it existed now, so this experiment could be carried out.

Clearly, they intended to turn the assumption that the speed of light was constant into an axiom, thereby indirectly proving that their experiment could produce Negative Energy.

And so they really did it. The results also satisfied them greatly: the speed of light was measured with even greater precision, and it matched the assumptions of relativity, further confirming the correctness of relativity.

Yet the results of this experiment ultimately could not affect the Negative Energy experiment. The Negative Energy experiment still failed, as it had before.

This commotion, however, gave the scientists who supported the "Strong Material mirror" experimental path an idea. Unwilling to admit defeat, they began improving the experiment.

Their rough plan was to divide the experiment's detectors into two parts: one placed on the "Strong Material mirror," and the other inside the acceleration section of Lyra's Planet Destroyer Cannon.

Once this idea was proposed, anyone involved in or regularly following the experiment knew what these people wanted to do. Those who understood naturally knew this was their last gamble, but it drew fierce dissatisfaction from the military.

How was this any different from dismantling
