Previously, whenever Absol fought, its opponents were easily struck in their vital spots. She had found it thrilling, but she never expected it to happen to her one day.

That made her very unhappy. Now, she finally understood how the people she had defeated felt. It really was awful.

"Altaria, use Dragon Breath!"

Altaria let out a long cry, opened its beak wide, and gathered azure energy particles within it into a sphere before violently blasting them out.

A massive pillar of azure flame shot forth, causing the energy in the air to grow restless.

Eichi's lips curled up slightly at the sight.

"Useless resistance."

The enormous mass of flames rapidly shot toward Beedrill.

Beedrill's gaze sharpened, and its body swiftly vanished from the spot, darting into the distance.

Altaria then controlled the Dragon Breath and swept it toward Beedrill.

But it was useless. Beedrill nimbly evaded Altaria's attack.

Mei was not annoyed. Once the Dragon Breath ceased, one could see clusters of azure flames filling the surrounding air. They were remnants left behind by Altaria's Dragon Breath.

For some reason, they remained suspended in the air.

Even Eichi had no idea what Mei was planning.

In the stands, Kona looked at the azure flames filling the entire Battle Arena and asked Sato beside her, "Do you know what those azure flames are for?"

Sato shook his head. "I don't know either. This is my first time seeing my sister use this move."

Mei then gave Altaria its next command.

"Altaria, Double Team!"

Altaria began to turn into afterimages, countless clones splitting off in an instant and filling the entire Battle Arena.

"Altaria, Roost!"

Blue energy began to surge from the bodies of all the Altaria clones, swiftly enveloping them and forming enormous blue cocoons.

"Beedrill, Brick Break!"
