This was merely an illusion on Beedrill's part. The illusion lasted less than a second before Beedrill recovered.

Then Beedrill's figure turned into an afterimage and vanished from where it stood.

Solrock's body swayed slightly, as if it were wondering where Beedrill had gone.

In the blink of an eye, Beedrill appeared beside Solrock. The Twin Needles in its hands swung out in an instant and struck Solrock viciously.

It was sent flying by the blow. Beedrill could feel the hardness of its body surface, but that was all. Compared to Metagross and Aggron, it was still far inferior.

Solrock frowned and let out a pained cry. It was clear that Beedrill's attack had inflicted considerable damage.

The battle continued.

"Solrock, use Rock Polish."

Rock Polish: By polishing its body to reduce air resistance, it greatly increased its speed.

Solrock's body began to sway as a surge of energy emerged from within and covered its body.

Then came the sound of something grinding against itself.

Solrock began to move, its speed increasing dramatically.

More than a dozen Light Cones formed around its body before firing toward Solrock.

Solrock's head began to sway. It sensed danger.

Just as one Light Cone was about to hit it, its body suddenly shifted aside in an instant.

The Light Cone was caught off guard, grazing past its shoulder and striking a rock.

The other Light Cones followed, and Solrock nimbly avoided most of them.

Only one Light Cone hit it.

"Bang!"

Solrock stopped in place, and the space around it seemed to darken.
