Eichi said, "Well said. If a Trainer cannot even protect his own Pokémon, then he is undoubtedly unqualified."
Ash nodded seriously. "Watch me!"
Then he charged at Mewtwo alone, leaving Eichi speechless.
Ash threw a punch at Mewtwo, but an invisible wall seemed to surround Mewtwo, blocking him from getting close.
It was as though Ash had punched a wall, and the recoil sent him flying back.
But he was not someone who gave up easily. He sprang to his feet and charged at Mewtwo again.
The result was the same. This time, Mewtwo used its psychic power to lift him into the air.
Misty worriedly cried, "Ash!"
Brock shouted, "Stop!"
Eichi said to Heracross, "Heracross, go catch Ash."

At the command, Heracross instantly beat its wings and flew into the sky.
Just as Heracross was about to catch Ash, something unexpected happened.
A pink bubble suddenly appeared out of thin air behind Ash, catching him like a soft cushion.
Ash bounced upward and settled onto the bubble.
Mewtwo asked in confusion, "What?"
Then, a light and petite figure suddenly appeared in front of Ash.
The moment Eichi saw Mew appear, he scanned it with Bug King Eye.
