Above North Dragon Island on Ancient Dragon Island, a Spatial Teleportation Gate slowly opened. A rather bedraggled figure then shot out from within—it was Ao Jing, the North Dragon King, who had fled back from the Black Corner Region.

On this trip, the Three Great Dragon Kings had each led their elite forces out, yet only Ao Jing had returned. It was hard not to sigh at that.

No, more accurately, the West Dragon King and South Dragon King had returned as well. They had merely been absorbed by Ao Jing now.

"Those damned humans! This isn't over!"

Ao Jing muttered viciously. Although this transaction had failed, he had now used the Dragon Transformation Demonic Array to advance to the late stage Four-star Dou Sheng. Once he recuperated and recovered from his injuries, no one on Ancient Dragon Island would be able to contend with him anymore.

Though the process had been somewhat tortuous, his goal of unifying Ancient Dragon Island could ultimately still be achieved. With that thought, Ao Jing's resentment at being forced to flee back was no longer quite so intense.

Just then, Ao Jing suddenly furrowed his brows. Standing above North Dragon Island, he gazed at the other Three Great Dragon Islands and raised an eyebrow slightly.

Why did this feel strange?

For some reason, Ao Jing suddenly felt that Ancient Dragon Island was empty. However, with his injuries still weighing on him, he did not dwell on the matter and flashed back to North Dragon Island.

Not long after entering North Dragon Island, Ao Jing discovered that his earlier feeling had been correct.

The place where North Dragon Island's residents had once gathered was now utterly silent. His spiritual perception found nothing but empty houses.
