Although Kisame and Sasori did not yet know his identity, Soji knew perfectly well that they were all on the same side. Why bother "killing each other"?
Hearing Soji say that, Kisame and Sasori were both stunned for a moment.

After hearing his two companions say that, Shisui subconsciously let out a sigh of relief.
If this situation had escalated into a fight, he truly would not have known whom to help...
Now, Soji and his three undercover companions had reached a strange tacit understanding.
If the enemy did not move, neither would they!
Yet both sides especially hoped this situation would continue!
