Three hours later, Lah's fingers twitched. He opened his eyes and slowly sat up. Looking at "himself" lying beside him, he instinctively reached for his waist, wanting to find his sword.
Mafarna came up behind Lah and lifted him up. "Lah, that's your older brother."
"My older brother?"
Lah's eyes were filled with confusion. Why didn't he remember having an older brother?
Seeing this, Mafarna turned and bowed to Lord Velin. "Lord Velin, I'll take this boy outside first and explain a few things to him."
Hearing Mafarna's words, Velin waved his hand, indicating that he could do as he pleased.
Grabbing Lah by the collar, Mafarna dragged his still-dazed son out of the tent.
Feeling his father's rough treatment, Lah had just wanted to resist, but the force was even stronger than usual, so he held back.
After Mafarna and Lah left, Velin searched through his Spatial Ring, took out a set of clothes, and placed them to one side. He then sat down nearby, took out a book of adventure stories, and began reading.
Half an hour later, Lah walked into the tent clutching his head. He went to a corner and crouched down, looking utterly aggrieved.
Mafarna followed close behind. After glancing at Lah, he went to the bedside, picked up the clothes beside it, and dressed Kahe.
Velin slightly raised his head for a glance before continuing to read his storybook.
As time passed, the sunlight shining into the tent gradually faded.
When night fell, Kahe's consciousness began to awaken. His soul stirred, and at last the change reached his body.
