Three nights later, Velin brought Leonas and over a dozen personal guards to an unused barracks in the eastern part of Celes Fortress, where they waited for the arrival of three Legendary Experts.
At midnight, sensing a disturbance in space, Velin emerged from the illusion woven by Reincarnation Void. He raised his head to look ahead, adopting a serious expression.
A few minutes later, space rippled, and a passage radiating purple flowing light appeared within the barracks.
The next moment, a figure stepped out of it.
Looking at the man's face, Velin felt that it seemed strangely familiar.

Leonas bowed to the three of them, then turned sideways and pointed at the leading Legend as he introduced him to Velin. "Lord Eternal Dawn Knight, this is Caesar, a Legendary Intermediate Priest. He is the joint chief executive of Storm Province and Southern Nether Province, as well as the Legendary Expert stationed in the Sea Nether Underground World."
Seeing this, Velin respectfully bowed to Caesar.
Caesar looked at the Eternal Dawn Knight before him and gave a slight bow in return.
"This lady's full name is April Agnes Antoinette. She is a Low-Legendary Beast Tamer King who commands a Ferocious Beast Legion. She once tamed three Soul Intent Rank Red Dragons with her bare hands and currently serves as the Chief Instructor of all legions in the Southwest Region of the Holy Third Dawn Kingdom."
