The Star Contract Legion was a legion built around the Epic Grade item, the Star God's Holy Grail. Founded in Magic Calendar 16879, it was one of the Holy Third Dawn Kingdom's thirteen Ace Legions and one of the most mysterious legions on the Sinapsis Subcontinent. Very little was known about this force by outsiders.
On the northern side of the valley, Velin stood atop a massive boulder, looking down at the thousands of flowers radiating a faint blue glow, curiosity in his eyes.
With the Holy Shield Legion's unusual method of rest as a precedent, Velin did not ask immediately and instead waited for Caesar to awaken this force.
A few minutes later, seeing that Velin had not taken the initiative to ask, Caesar stopped waiting as well. He raised his right hand, gathering a wave of light in his palm that spread outward in all directions.
As the light touched the faintly glowing blue flowers, the scene before them gradually became illusory.
In just a few breaths, the pale blue flowers transformed into specks of starlight, condensing in midair into one figure after another.
Three minutes later, as the radiance faded, a majestic army appeared before them.
As Velin swept his gaze across the army below, he noticed with curiosity that some warriors wore pale blue armor, while even more wore white armor.
If the warriors wearing the two different sets of armor had been distinguished by the differences in their strength, that would have been normal. But that was not the case.
Seeing the confusion on Velin's face, Leonas explained, "The Star Contract Legion has a somewhat complicated origin. Those warriors in pale blue armor are humans, while those in white armor are Nightkin from the Galukaraia World, one of My God's faithful races."
