Two Soul Intent Mid-Tier Inquisitor Knights approached Leonas, bowed slightly, and said, "Chief Judge, welcome back."
"De Reis, Torgna, you two got here pretty quickly." Leonas looked at them, a trace of melancholy on his face.
The blue-haired young man on the left smiled and said, "Chief Judge, your return is a major event for the Thirty-Third Adjudication Office. Naturally, we had to come welcome you on time."
"Isn't that right, Torgna?"
The black-haired young man on the right nodded at this, indicating his agreement with De Reis.
"Let's go."
At his words, the two stepped aside and cleared the way.
Seeing this, Leonas took Seraphina's hand and walked out of the Teleportation Hall.
Seraphina was somewhat dumbfounded by Leonas's action.
He would never have done something like this before.
Behind them, De Reis looked at the Chief Judge, who was acting so unusually, nudged Torgna with his elbow, and whispered, "Did you notice? The Chief Judge seems to have changed a little."
Torgna looked at Leonas's back, hesitated for a moment, and said uncertainly, "I think he has."
"What do you mean, you think he has?!"
Looking at his rigid companion, De Reis covered his face and said helplessly, "Have you ever seen our Chief Judge act so..."
"De Reis, if you dare spout nonsense again, you know the rules."
A familiar voice suddenly rang out beside his ear. The blue-haired young man stiffened, unsure whether to laugh or cry.
Torgna shrugged and gave De Reis a sympathetic look, as if saying, "See? I told you not to talk nonsense. Now you know the consequences."
Inside the Teleportation Hall, passersby who saw the four of them voluntarily moved aside, not daring to make them yield.
Inquisitor Knights—especially those whose armor bore the Flower of Dawn—were best avoided whenever possible.
