Ten minutes later, the Floating Ship landed at a manor in the northern part of the estate complex Okla City used to accommodate guests.
Trisa jumped down from the Floating Ship. Seeing that familiar figure, she greeted him obediently. "Father."
Patrich smiled at the sight. She was behaving herself, at least, rather than being as rash and impulsive as before.
Velin stepped off the Floating Ship and looked up at Patrich with a smile. "Lord Patrich, it's been a while."
"Your Majesty." Patrich placed his right hand over his chest and bowed.
"There's no need for that." With a thought, Velin lifted Patrich upright. "I'm visiting today as Trisa's teacher, so just treat me as an ordinary guest."
Patrich extended a hand in invitation. "Please come in."
"Sorry for the trouble."
Once they entered the hall, Trisa was about to sit down when she noticed her father staring at her.
She obediently hurried over to the round table and picked up the teapot. Returning to the low seats, she poured her teacher and father a cup of tea each before sitting down beside them.
A flicker of surprise crossed Velin's eyes as he watched Trisa behave so obediently.
I never imagined this little rascal had this side to her.
"Moon Knight, thank you for all the effort you've put into teaching Trisa over the years."
Trisa immediately grew nervous and watched her teacher warily.
Velin lifted his cup and took a sip before answering at an unhurried pace. "Trisa has done very well over the years. She only causes trouble occasionally, forcing me to discipline her."
"Overall, she's been very little trouble."
"Moon Knight, if Trisa makes any more mistakes, please punish her as you see fit. If she sneaks back home, I'll personally bring her back."
