After saying that, Velin took out the parchment bearing the Hecilas Symbol from his Spatial Ring and handed it to her.
Gloria instantly understood the meaning of the disordered symbols on the parchment.
"You really have given me a great gift."
Faced with Gloria's praise, Velin felt somewhat embarrassed. He did not understand what it meant at all.
Seeing the look in the little fellow's eyes, Gloria could not help reminding him, "Hecilas Symbols are inherently obscure and difficult to understand. It is perfectly normal that you cannot grasp them yet, but I suggest you study them more. Once your strength reaches a certain level, Hecilas Symbols will be of great use."
Velin answered, "Thank you for your advice."
Gloria stored the parchment in the bracelet on her wrist and said to Velin in a gentle, friendly tone, "Would you like to further your studies at March Academy? I can recommend you."
Upon hearing this, Velin thought for a moment before tentatively suggesting, "Could this placement be given to someone else?"
"Oh?" Gloria asked in surprise. "Who do you want to give it to?"
"A Half-elf architect in my castle. She has been with me for nearly twenty-eight years."
Gloria immediately grew interested. With a wave of her hand, she conjured a set of seats and took out a Magic Puppet before sitting down in a cushioned chair. "Sit. Tell me about that Half-elf."
Velin did not refuse. He properly took a seat opposite Gloria and slowly began telling Eunice's story.
As for Lambert, who was bitterly fighting three Water Elemental Spirits in the Training Ground, Gloria temporarily forgot about him.
Two hours later, Gloria reclined halfway in her soft chair and could not help sighing. "That Half-elf was very fortunate to have met you."
