With Xuemiyya's identity as a Soul Intent Low-Tier Arcanist, Velin and Xuemiyya easily obtained temporary visitor permits and entered the Mage Academy.
Along the tree-lined avenue, Mage Apprentices hurried back and forth, either heading to class or conducting experiments, unwilling to waste even a moment on the road.
In comparison, Velin and Xuemiyya seemed somewhat out of place.

Standing before a Magic Crystal, Xuemiyya placed her temporary visitor permit on its base, located where her sister taught, then grabbed Velin's hand and ran toward Magic Building No. 11.
Ten minutes later, Xuemiyya led Velin into the classroom and, under the curious gazes of the students, took seats in the back row.
Sitting on the wooden chair and looking at the podium ahead, long-buried memories began to surface in Velin's mind.
