Nagato and Konan trapped Kaze in Chibaku Tensei and detonated Konan’s hidden stockpile of more than one hundred million Exploding Tags. As the explosions engulfed the area, Obito, Itachi, and Ōnoki learned that Konan had launched the attack, while Kaze endured it by turning his body into lightning.
