"Frostfire Nova has reached Master Level. Talent +30!" "Talent: 600 → 630!"
Inside the elemental simulation chamber, Ian opened his eyes. An energy sphere flashing with red and blue light condensed before him.
The next instant.
The sphere shot forward.
It struck a wall in the distance.
A violent explosion erupted—the roar of flames. Yet once the fire subsided, a layer of ice covered the pitted wall.
The energy intensity displayed to the side had already reached two hundred!
"My strongest wizardry before this only reached around a hundred and twenty or thirty. So this is upper-grade zero-ring wizardry!"
Ian grinned.
He had to admit that even among apprentices, the gap between each rank was enormous.
"Still, an excellent-quality upper-grade zero-ring spell actually gives thirty talent points at Master Level. Not bad."
Ian's eyes lit up.
This was a good thing.
After all, he still needed well over a thousand points for his next upgrade. Even a few dozen extra points made a tremendous difference.
"I wonder how much proficiency the body tempering method and Swift Rune will give when they reach Master Level."
Ian felt a little anticipation.
But he had no idea how long the former would take to reach Master Level. The latter, on the other hand, offered plenty of hope.
He could continue studying it on the journey back.
"A simulated elemental environment really does help with practicing wizardry!"
Ian sighed in admiration.
Normally, he estimated that Frostfire Nova would take at least a month and a half to reach Master Level.
Yet now, only about ten days had passed.
That was the tremendous improvement these facilities offered wizards.
It was also why wizards lived around academies and depended on them. Going it alone simply did not work.
"I still have twenty days left.
