Star Hall!
Early morning!
Beams of sunlight streamed down, casting faint streaks of color like rainbows.
"But these aren't rainbows. They are elemental rainbow-light effects produced when the light passes through areas where the elements are more concentrated."
Ian stepped into the plaza and gazed at those wisps of color with a sigh. In many ways, this other world was utterly different from his previous life.

He looked ahead and saw that most of the wizards from the other four Academies had already arrived, with each Academy's chief standing at the front.
Ian walked to the front.
To his left was Earth Ring.
Adam was still its chief.
He had not advanced to the second ring over the past two years, instead continuing to build up his foundation. He felt even stronger now than he had two years ago.
"Ordinary Elemental Wizards can consider breaking through at 95% or even lower, but some wizards stay longer in pursuit of higher elemental resonance and a stronger foundation."

Adam's expression was somewhat complicated.
Ian had indeed caused quite a stir this past year—defeating Ivan to secure his position as chief, and, according to rumors, going out half a year ago and killing a large number of Crimson Eye wizards.
To his right was Wind Whisper Academy.
Its chief had become Russell.
Compared to before, however, he looked far more gloomy. Clearly, his last failed breakthrough had dealt him a tremendous blow.
Behind him stood another wizard, the second chief, whose elemental resonance had likewise exceeded 95%.
Molten Fire Academy.
Its chief was currently a wizard named Harilan, and its second chief had also surpassed 95%.
The third chief was Abraham.
When Ian looked over,
