Lu Li received the Mythical Growth ring Starry Sky, which strengthened his survivability and gave him immunity to lower-rank healing suppression. He returned to the arena and began a match against Sixth Order swordsman Flying Immortal Sword, overwhelming him with layered debuffs and control effects.

• Lu Li inspected the War God Set and thanked Chuchu for crafting it, then examined Starry Sky, a Growth ring that increased his Life Source, boosted recovery, and could devour metal or strike enemies.
• Lu Li left Chuchu's shop fully equipped and returned to the arena to test his new gear.
• Flying Immortal Sword, ranked third in the Sixth Order arena, was matched against Prison Demon and wondered how an opponent with much lower attributes had reached sixth place.

Lu Li confronted the Spirit Sky Adventurer Team after killing Blackwater, refusing Da Lingtong’s offer to negotiate or share the world’s profits. As the Explorers prepared to attack, Lu Li stayed beside the Leaf Village children and began awakening Neji’s power with the Hōgyoku and Runes.

• The Spirit Sky Adventurer Team’s Explorers gathered around Lu Li, while he brought the Leaf Village children to his side and wiped the blood from his hands.

Lu Li used his immense Susanoo to overpower Da Lingtong’s Demon God Armor and wipe out the Spirit Sky Adventurer Team gathered in Rain Village. After defeating Da Lingtong, Lu Li told Sasuke to improve his eyes with Orochimaru’s help before he could awaken greater power.

• Da Lingtong ordered the Demon God Armor to attack, but Lu Li blocked its drill with Susanoo’s shield and drove the machine back with a sword strike.
• Lu Li overwhelmed the Demon God Armor while his thunder beasts killed the Explorers pinned below, leaving the Spirit Sky Adventurer Team nearly destroyed.
