Lu Li rescued Tamayo and Yushiro from Susamaru and Yahaba, then took them and Tamayo’s research materials out of Asakusa to join the Demon Slayer Corps. He left the Kasugai Crow to inform Kagaya Ubuyashiki of Tamayo’s value, while promising to protect her himself.
