Zhao Xuan sat in the seat of honor. Before him stood the Soul Emperor he had captured. The man stood respectfully in front of Zhao Xuan, his legs pressed stiffly together, his face tense.
The commotion outside the city had already died down. After capturing the remaining Black-clothed Soul Masters, Xia Xing and Commander Bu had gone to deal with the aftermath.
