With the War Game about to begin, the gods gathered together and used God's Mirror to watch the scene from afar.
God's Mirror was one of the few powers the gods were permitted to use in the lower world, but only during special occasions like War Games. It could not be used privately, or they would likewise be sent back to the Heavenly Realm if discovered.
