These disgusting biological tissues devoured the battlefield at a rate of half a meter per second. Wherever they passed, the grains of sand began secreting foul mucus, and the entire desert was being transformed into a nauseating swamp of flesh.

Every time the Flame Salamanders lifted their magnetic boots, they dragged up web-like strands of biological slime, while the ground gurgled like the stomach of a Kaiju.
