Chapter Summaries

Leon and Mike’s ARS team secured the Twilight Bar, where they found imprisoned vampires and werewolves and rescued humans from their captors. The operation drew a crowd and led to the capture of a silver-haired anomaly; back at headquarters, Sui Yang reviewed the report and was surprised by the Roman Glory Legion.

• ARS soldiers sealed the Ghost Boar manager and the limbless receptionist in bags while Leon and Mike discussed requesting expanded authorization and Biological Department support.
• ARS soldiers finished securing the Twilight Bar, where vampires and werewolves lay dead or incapacitated and the human captives were restrained for their safety.
• More than a thousand tourists gathered outside as the ARS held the scene, and a military enthusiast identified their advanced equipment as likely belonging to Atlas.
• An ARS soldier spotted a suspicious, unblinking person in the crowd and tracked the target into an alley, where soldiers captured it in alloy-fiber nets despite its unexpected surrender.

Sui Yang authorized support for the 46 imprisoned Glory Legion soldiers and ordered Atlas to investigate the captured Anomalous Creature and the so-called overlord. Sui Yang led Atlas forces into the temple, killed Julian Bellafira, and Plundered Hecate, becoming the true sovereign of the Nightwalkers and the Werewolf Race. After he claimed the cleansed War Spear, Lei Ruoya and the Glory Legion knelt and swore to defend humanity and serve him.
