After numerous wars, however, the Foxkin Tribe's Hidden Valley Clan ultimately gained the upper hand and claimed the more fertile eastern region of the plains as its territory.

The western region, meanwhile, was occupied by the Elephantkin Tribe's Deep Tower Clan.

After the division, because the eastern Lafamoji Plains were more fertile, the Foxkin Tribe harvested vast quantities of meat each year, gained many new clansmen, and developed rapidly.

But the good times did not last. After the Pirate Alliance and Noble Council jointly announced Plunder Month, forces from across the Sea of Ten Thousand Islands swarmed in from the sea like sharks scenting blood.

For the Hidden Valley Clan, this was undoubtedly a disaster from the heavens. During the early Plunder Months, they suffered devastating losses.

It was not until the Hidden Valley Clan stationed large numbers of troops along the coast and even built several fortresses that the situation gradually improved.

Year after year, the Hidden Valley Clan, once one of the Foxkin Tribe's four great clans, gradually declined amid the unceasing wars.
