"Sir, are you all right?"
The armor restarted, and a voice rang out beside his ear. Looking through the helmet's eye slits, his eyes widened at once.
He saw a tall man holding a girl in his arms, with no technological equipment on him, simply floating in midair.
A mutant, or a Superpowered Person?
"Oh, I'm fine, fine. Did you help stop my armor just now?"
Tony calmed himself and asked through the armor's microphone.
Hawking nodded while holding Wanda.
"You seemed to be in a bit of trouble, so I helped out."
"Actually, even without your help, I could have removed the ice from the armor and restarted it before I hit the ground."
Tony coughed before replying.
Naturally, he was grateful to Hawking for helping him.
But proud as he was, he did not want to admit that there had been a problem with his armor. Besides, he was not boasting. He truly believed he could have restored the armor at the last moment.
Of course, coming from his mouth, those words did not sound particularly pleasant.
"How can you be so rude? We saved you, and not only do you not thank us, you're standing here saying all this nonsense. Are we supposed to be the ones who meddled?
We shouldn't have saved you. We should've let you smash into the ground together with that hideously ugly armor of yours!"
Wanda was not known for her good temper. Seeing the guy Hawking had saved speak with such a punchable attitude, she immediately snapped back without holding anything back.
"Hideously... ugly."
Upon hearing Wanda's words, Tony looked as though he had been struck by lightning.
He had thought the design of his armor was unbelievably cool, something that would make everyone envy him the moment he wore it
