Yhwach activated his Quincy Power, and a massive Quincy spirit bow immediately appeared above him. He drew the bow and fired an arrow, but it was aimed not at Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, but beside Yhwach himself.
The giant arrow struck the ground and instantly transformed into a light sword containing immense Reishi energy.
Yhwach seized the light sword and used Hirenkyaku, appearing before Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto before he could react at all, then slashed down with his blade.
If that strike landed, only death awaited Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto.
Yet to Yhwach's surprise, just as his light sword was about to touch Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, a hand suddenly appeared and lightly pinched the blade to a halt.
"Captain Commander, have you made up your mind? My previous terms still stand!"
Wearing the Ophiuchus Gold Cloth, Hawking pinched Yhwach's light sword between his thumb and forefinger, then turned and smiled at Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto.
He could have intervened long ago, but then the Captain Commander would not have understood how terrifying Yhwach was and would not have agreed to his terms so readily.
