"How is this possible?"
Thor shielded Jane behind him, staring at Thor's Hammer shattered across the ground, disbelief written all over his face.
He had been on a date with Jane when this woman suddenly fell from the sky and attacked him without a word. As the mighty God of Thunder, he had been almost no match for her and had been beaten into a miserable state.
Left with no choice, he had unleashed his ultimate move, drawing on Thor's Hammer's power to summon lightning and strike the woman.
Yet to his surprise, she had not been hurt in the slightest. Every bolt of lightning had been cleaved apart by the short swords in her hands.
Then, with a beckoning gesture, she had forcibly taken Thor's Hammer from him.
Even more terrifyingly, after taking Thor's Hammer, she had merely given it a light squeeze. His beloved hammer, one of Asgard's strongest divine artifacts, had been crushed to pieces just like that.
"Who exactly are you?"
At that moment, Thor's face was filled with gravity.
The woman walked toward Thor with a somewhat seductive sway, then threw back her head and laughed bitterly. "That hypocrite Odin really did erase every trace of me.
Who am I? I'm your sister, the great Hela, Goddess of Death—Odin's first daughter!"
As she spoke, she flicked the two short swords in her hands at Thor and Jane like hidden weapons.
As Odin's eldest son and Asgard's future king, he did not even recognize her. Clearly, after she had been sealed away, Odin had concealed everything about her.
If not for her back then, how could Odin possibly have been invincible and become the Lord of the Nine Realms?
The thought made her even more furious.
"Watch out!"
Thor grabbed Jane and dodged to the side.
