"Professor Ororo, what exactly happened?"
On the way to the Mutant School, Hawking asked Storm.
Storm did not hide anything and gave him a detailed account of what had happened.
It turned out that all the professors and the mutant students who had remained at the school had been celebrating Christmas together in the hall.
Then, a spatial wormhole suddenly opened. Magneto appeared with several people, saying that he was taking Professor X away so they could fulfill their original dream together.
One of them was a strangely dressed, blue-skinned mutant who called himself the God of Mutants. In an instant, he stripped Professor X of his abilities and knocked him unconscious. Before they could step forward, Magneto made his move and held them all back.
The power Magneto displayed at the time was far greater than before. Not a single one of them could break through.
Just like that, Professor X was brazenly taken into the spatial wormhole and vanished.
"Blink... no, could it be... Apocalypse!"
After hearing Storm's account, Hawking's expression changed once again.
At first, when he heard about the spatial wormhole, he had thought Magneto had found Blink, the mutant capable of opening teleportation wormholes.
But when he heard about a blue-skinned stranger calling himself a god, one who could instantly subdue Professor X, along with Magneto's dramatically increased power, he knew he had been wrong.
Professor X's telepathic abilities were immensely powerful. Very few could resist his mental invasion, let alone turn the tables and restrain him directly.
Other than Phoenix after her restraints had been removed, only Apocalypse, the Mutant Ancestor, could do that.
"This is going to be troublesome."
Having guessed it was Apocalypse, Hawking could no longer remain calm.
