Uchiha Clan Grounds
Late at night, in the reception room.
"How many people is the Uchiha Clan prepared to send?"
Dodai asked.
Shamu, meanwhile, was considering who would be suitable to send out for experience. Itachi and Shisui were definite choices.
"Itachi and Shisui, plus one or two elite members. I'll be responsible for keeping Konoha occupied within the village."
Dodai nodded. Itachi was a Mangekyō Sharingan wielder, while Shisui was an expert renowned for many years and was also suspected to possess the Mangekyō Sharingan.
Shamu confirmed his guess. "Shisui, like Itachi, has the Mangekyō Sharingan."
The Uchiha no longer needed to conceal this information. Besides, they would surely need Shisui's Susanoo soon.
Dodai nodded. Outside speculation and Shamu's personal confirmation were entirely different matters.
With two Mangekyō Sharingan powerhouses, the Uchiha had shown considerable sincerity.
Shamu's role in tying down Konoha within the clan was far more useful than Dodai going to the battlefield himself.
As for Fugaku, he had not appeared in public since the previous attack. Most likely, his injuries were severe.
So Shamu did not mention it, and Dodai did not ask.
"And what about the distribution of benefits?" Dodai asked. He still did not know how ambitious Shamu was.
Shamu walked around the desk and picked up a map from the side.
He took up a pen and circled four islands to the left of the Land of Water.
"These islands belong to the Uchiha."
Dodai looked closely. They were several island chains west of the Hidden Mist Village, near the former Land of Whirlpools.
They did not look large on the map, but their combined area was comparable to the Land of Rice Fields.
Let alone the Uchiha Clan, even if all of Konoha moved there, there would still be more than enough
