Shamu stroked his chin. "Before Cloud Village forced the price down, what range did it usually fluctuate within?"

"Send people from the Commerce Department to the Land of Rainbows. At eleven thousand per ton, secure thirty percent of the Land of Rainbows' annual output from now on."

"The term will be permanent, and we can terminate the contract at any time."

"Rainbow Ore is about to rise in price. Get this done within three days."

Iori did not ask why Rainbow Ore would rise in price. She acknowledged the order and quickly left.
