Deidara Finally Takes the Bait

The Hidden Stone Village outpost was located near the Four-Way Road.

The outpost was large, with many patrols and plenty of personnel stationed there.

Hidden Stone Village's Earth Release techniques were all broad and powerful, covering vast areas, so the training grounds here were equally expansive.

Today, every Hidden Stone shinobi had been cleared out.

Ōnoki stood suspended in the air, floating midair as he crooked a finger at Deidara.

Deidara stuffed the Explosive Clay into the mouths on his hands and began chewing.

Then he spat out the clay, kneaded it into a giant bird, and leaped onto it.

He flew straight into the sky.

Once he had reached a sufficient altitude, the mouths on his hands spat out enough clay as well.

Deidara kneaded the clay in his hands, turning it into the artwork he was currently most proud of: C3 No. 18.

Deidara tossed C3 No. 18 down at the outpost below, and it expanded in midair into a massive humanoid doll.

Then it fell downward.

Deidara's gaze sharpened as he watched from the air.

"Art is an explosion! Drink!"

The Chakra within C3 No. 18 abruptly gathered and began to shine.

Ōnoki, who was also flying in midair, spread his hand, forming a white cube in his palm.

Then it spun as it flew outward.

In an instant, it grew incomparably huge.

The glowing white cube was especially beautiful against the pitch-black night sky.
