They turned into two balls of light and were swallowed by the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.

Obito's expression was cold. Although the Six-Tails revived by the Box of Paradise had been devoured by the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, there was still not enough Chakra to revive the Ten-Tails.
