Kakashi's Change of Heart

"Stop! Lord Shamu! If you still want Itachi to live."

Kakashi's voice rang out.

Shamu lowered the hand covering his face and looked closely.

"Lord Shamu, Konoha only wants to coexist peacefully with the Uchiha. Please stop fighting. Trust Lord Hokage—he can handle this matter properly."

Seeing Kakashi putting on an act of shedding blood for Konoha, Shamu's face twisted into a cruel smile.

Shamu's voice boomed like thunder.

"Kakashi, Danzo was the mastermind behind White Fang's death, and the Third Hokage condoned it. Yet you still serve Konoha!?"

Kakashi shuddered. He froze as though he had been struck by lightning.
