Yet aside from the Kingdom's patrols and a few scholars studying the Sea Forest, neither visiting humans nor island residents came here often.
For beyond its coral forest, the Sea Forest also housed the tombs of Fish-Man Island's royal families throughout the generations.
No one would go out of their way to disturb the peace of the dead.
But today, a Marine warship slowly arrived along the undersea currents and eventually stopped outside the Sea Forest's bubble membrane.
It was a massive Sea Stone warship flying the Seagull Wrench Flag, one grade larger than Smoker's vessel. Only Marines of vice admiral rank were qualified to receive such a ship.
Yet the one who disembarked from this warship was not some Marine vice admiral, but—
Shiliew of the Rain.
Along with him were more than a dozen heinous criminals from Level Six of Impel Down, including Big Barrel and Evil King.
