The Servant sobbed sorrowfully, like a pure maiden who had been defiled, lamenting the misfortunes of fate.
Ritsuka scratched her head and asked in confusion,
"Obviously, we were the ones attacked. Why are you acting like the victim?"
"Attacking a Pharaoh is an act of blasphemy! You sinners, Lord Ozymandias will never forgive you! Sob sob sob..."
"Senpai, this Servant resembles Medjed from Egyptian mythology. She must be an Egyptian Servant."
Mash voiced her opinion.
"Hey! Servant, why did you attack us? Talk, or I'll chop you to death!"
Mordred pointed her silver king's sword at the Servant, her expression utterly displeased.
Ritsuka and her group had originally been riding a Sphinx through the desert, hoping to reach Camelot and meet up with King Arthur and Higashino Kanade as soon as possible. But before they had gone far, they were attacked by a female Servant riding another Sphinx. Only after a fierce battle did they manage to subdue her.
"Benefactor, do not be so intent on killing. I could tell this female benefactor had no killing intent when she attacked us. She was likely trying to capture us alive. She is not a bad person."
Sanzang recited Amitabha and stepped forward to persuade her.
"You're a monk. How do you know how hard she was attacking? I thought she was trying to kill us." Mordred asked skeptically.
"Rest assured, benefactor. With my more than ten years of experience being captured by demons, I can still tell whether an enemy is trying to kill me." Sanzang smiled confidently.
Mordred's mouth twitched twice. Finding herself unable to refute that, she could only ask Ritsuka,
"Ritsuka, what do you think we should do with her?"
"Hmm... Let's ask about her motives first."
"Hey, what is your True Name? Why did you attack us?"
