St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, Spell Damage Department.
When Sirius brought Goyle to the hospital for treatment, the boy had originally been assigned to the Creature-Induced Injuries Department.
That department mainly treated patients injured by Magical Creatures. But whether it was dangerous Fantastic Beasts, house-elves, Dark Magic Creatures, or other beings that attacked with external objects, the injuries they inflicted were often physical.
Many nonmagical surgical injuries were also sent to that department.

Healer Ms. Aretha Pez had once bragged about how her superb technique had helped a patient recover after a Hippogriff had torn open half his skull with one swipe of its claw.

The eyeballs and herbs in Goyle's sockets burst apart, and purple flames even ignited inside them, greedily draining the life from his body.
Before Goyle could even receive treatment for the pain of losing his eyes, he was transferred once more, this time to the Potions and Plant Poisoning Department.
The cause was potion damage resulting from an incorrect treatment.
But in the end, it was declared that his eyes had been ripped out through some terrible Witchcraft, and he was transferred back to the Spell Damage Department.
