Hogwarts had undergone tremendous changes.
There was so much to do, such as resetting a concealment spell to completely protect the school, especially its outer boundaries. That way, young wizards wouldn't be able to fly out on their Broomsticks so easily, and outside wizards wouldn't be able to visit without difficulty.
But Headmaster Dumbledore hadn't done that.
"The old design was meant to defend against Muggles' 'witch hunts,' so we had no choice but to consider huddling within a small area."
"But I think that, to adapt to this new era, perhaps we should be more open."
"Hiding away like some mad monster in a dark little cabin on a mountain outside the village is an entirely different attitude from walking into the bright streets and churches of a grand, splendid city."
"Perhaps in this era, there are more relationships we need to explore, readjust, and find a more harmonious way to navigate."
"So why not start within our own wizarding community, and with our own school?"
"Open our arms and embrace every possibility. I think the way Anton Academy has been teaching knowledge to the public and helping adult wizards use magic better is a fine experiment."
The Great Hall on the first floor of Hogwarts, just as breakfast was ending.
Headmaster Dumbledore leaned on the lectern with both hands, cheerfully speaking about all this. As he went on, his expression turned peculiar.
"Mischievous George and Fred proposed that we rename 'Anton Academy' 'Azkaban Academy,' since they intend to set up this 'Night School' on Azkaban Island."
"I think that may require the Ministry of Magic's approval. I hear our fellow student Neville and your upperclassman Percy have gone to discuss it with Minister for Magic Fudge."
