Background

Chiga is a transmigrator from the Great Celestial Dynasty who wakes in the body of a seven-year-old Uchiha. His initial status panel gives him the Emotion Points System, which can improve his skills by consuming points generated from others' negative emotions. 1 4 23

At the Ninja Academy, he saves Obito from a teacher's punishment through polite manipulation and Sharingan genjutsu. Though initially detached from Uchiha affairs, he concludes that his inherited bloodline ties his interests to the clan; he resolves to gain strength and influence before attempting to change its fate. 1 6
