Background / History

Huo Yuhao is the illegitimate son of Dai Hao, the White Tiger Duke of the Star Luo Empire, and Huo Yun'er, a maidservant. Because of his mother's status, he endured abuse in the White Tiger Duke's Mansion from Dai Hao's legitimate wife and his half-brothers, Dai Yueheng and Dai Huabin. Huo Yun'er died from chronic overwork and depression two years before the story's present events. 3

On the verge of awakening his Martial Soul, Huo leaves the mansion with little more than his mother's White Tiger Dagger and a determination to change his fate. Exhausted, starving, and injured after a day and night in the Star Dou Forest, he encounters Bei Bei and Tang Ya, who bring him into the Tang Sect. 9 15

Huo successfully fuses with the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm, gaining a Million-Year Soul Ring and revealing potential that Bei Bei and Tang Ya believe could restore the Tang Sect's former glory.
