"Hiashi went to the Uchiha Clan Compound in the middle of the night, and today he sent letters to several ninja clans?"
Lord Mitsunobu looked at Sota before him and sighed as well.
"Why are you only telling me now?"
Sota shook his head. "Lord Mitsunobu, we don't know what Hiashi is planning either."
"But I learned the contents of the letters today."

Sota took out a transcribed sheet of paper, and Mitsunobu picked it up to read.
It revealed the size of Kushina's inheritance, how many forces Sarutobi Hiruzen had cultivated using that inheritance, and how many of them had returned this time.
The rest was fairly official rhetoric, but it all conveyed one meaning.
The Sarutobi Clan's ambitions were far from small. If the Uchiha Clan was destroyed, the other ninja clans would not be far behind.
The remaining part was the main point. Hiashi stated:

Mitsunobu put away the paper, a thoughtful look appearing in his eyes.
It seemed that after the previous incident, the Main Family no longer trusted Sarutobi Hiruzen either.
Their first step now was to bring the Uchiha into Konoha's power structure.
But at present, that would probably be rather difficult.
