With his formidable strength, Uchiha Kiyohiko successfully delivered Konan's Explosive Tags into Hyuga Mitsunobu's hands.
He also made it clear that they would act that night.
He told Mitsunobu to make preparations early.

He would certainly die, but he had likely made some kind of deal with the Main Family.

Not long afterward, Sota came to request an audience.
"Lord Mitsunobu, we received word that the Uchiha are preparing to stage a coup tonight."
"Moreover, Uchiha have been appearing near every major clan in Konoha. They only circle the area briefly before leaving."
