A figure flashed behind Kakashi, who had just emerged from the prison.
Minato had already returned via the Flying Thunder God.
"Sensei, how did it go?"
Kakashi gave a respectful bow before asking.
Minato shook his head slightly. "By the time I got there, all I saw was the deep crater Ancor Vantian had pressed into the ground."
"Obito was nowhere to be found."
"I searched the surrounding area, but there are no leads for now."
"What about Senyo? And what's going on with this Obito?"
"The Fifth Hokage said this Obito..."
Kakashi proceeded to tell Minato everything Senyo had learned through his genjutsu interrogation.
He also told him how Senyo had ultimately asked him to make the decision himself.
As well as every word from his final conversation with White Obito.
"Sensei... how do you think I should deal with this Obito?"
Minato answered without hesitation:
"Since Senyo asked you to decide, I won't interfere."
Minato patted Kakashi on the shoulder. "You're mature enough now, and you've handled everything well during this time."
"You're fully capable of dealing with this. You've only been avoiding it instinctively."
"Don't be afraid. Since Senyo said this Obito isn't a threat, you should trust Senyo."
Kakashi fell into deep thought after hearing that. Only after a long while did he raise his head.
"I understand, Sensei."
Minato smiled, then left with the Flying Thunder God.
Kakashi's gaze hardened, and he darted toward Konoha Hospital.
Before long, he arrived at the trauma department.
Konoha had been peaceful lately, so there were no patients in the department.
Rin was holding a workbook, marking and scribbling across its pages.
Beside her, Chizuru was also writing furiously. However, she complained as she wrote, "Lady Shizune is so strict. We have exams every month. Good thing you
