Chapter Summaries

Senyo defeated Obito and overwhelmed Madara, whose Rinnegan let him rewind time but could not save him from Senyo’s slashes. Senyo spared Madara and left with Minato, while Madara resolved to seek Asura’s help and find a way to grow stronger.

• Senyo wounded Obito with Okiagari and let him flee, expecting the shadow-linked damage to keep cutting him apart.
• Minato used Flying Thunder God and taijutsu to break Madara’s defenses, then joined Senyo after noticing Senyo had finished his fight.

Jigen implanted Karma on Toneri in the Alternate Dimension Base while Madara helped Itachi, Fugaku, and Sasuke awaken Perfect Susanoo in Konoha. After Sasuke succeeded instantly, Senyo confronted Madara and asked why Indra was inside his body.

After Iwagakure and Kumogakure surrendered, Uchiha Senyo proposed plans to rebuild the unified Shinobi World through education, infrastructure, and new employment for shinobi. Hidden Mist Village voted unanimously to surrender and merge with Konoha, leaving Karatachi Yagura to submit its national letter.

• Uchiha Senyo proposed highways, communication towers, free basic schools, vocational training, industrial parks, and a Professional Ninja Corps to support the unified Shinobi World's development.
• Karatachi Yagura explained to Hidden Mist Village's leaders that merging with Konoha would make the village a bridgehead for eastern oceanic trade and connect it to the mainland by highway.
• Karatachi Yagura called a vote on surrendering and merging with Konoha, and Mei Terumī, Ao, Zabuza, Jūzō Biwa, and the other leaders raised their hands in agreement.

Meanwhile, Momoshiki, Urashiki, and another Kinshiki approached the Shinobi Planet, while Madara and Nagato continued searching for Plow.
