Lynn had only slept one night at the castle before rushing back to the road construction site without stopping.

This road linking the Salt Mine was the lifeline of the entire territory and had to be completed as quickly as possible.

Now that the Marsh Duke was about to leave the territory, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity had arrived. Lynn did not want to waste even a second.

Lynn rode back and forth between the construction site and the forest, either supervising and directing the roadwork or plunging into the woods to hunt all kinds of animals.

The three large groups responsible for quarrying had successfully completed their planned tasks. The first ten kilometers of road had been paved with large stones and crushed rock, with fine yellow clay packed tightly between the gravel to bind it together.

Now, it took only half an hour to ride from White Bear Territory castle to the Stone Mine.

Turning right after leaving the Stone Mine, the ten-kilometer Hard Earth Road was also nearing completion.
