A Day Off for a Headache

Taking a day off for a headache.

I really didn't want to take time off, but I had no choice. The headache was awful, throbbing all day.

After getting home from work, I washed my hair, thinking it might help a little—it usually had before—but this time it did nothing.

I sat in front of the computer for over an hour and only managed a little over a thousand words. I really couldn't write any more, so I could only take a day off.
