Taking a Day Off to Exercise

As the title says, I've been too weak lately and haven't had time to exercise. My wife dragged me out to work out, and the result was...

I'm wiped out!

Seriously wiped out!

I could barely move after getting back. I was completely exhausted—so embarrassing!

I'm groggy all over right now and simply can't write, so I can only take a day off. See you all, Mist Lamp~
