Ashan and Feng Cheng each opened a course at two universities, but the ones teaching the students were merely one of their Lesser Self avatars. Most of their attention was focused on using spatial technology to splice two planets together.
Ashan and Feng Cheng arrived on a barren planet and observed their surroundings.
Ashan said, "Small-scale spatial transfers aren't difficult, but once the range expands, the difficulty increases geometrically. Following conventional ideas, there's no way to connect two planets."
As he spoke, he could not help recalling the time he and Boss Wei had worked together to send an Asteroid away. A smile appeared on his face. If they had possessed their current formidable strength back then, that Asteroid would never have troubled them.
"So, we'll use the Small World and Second-Level Space together to complete this project."
He pressed two fingers together and casually sliced through the air.
"Whoosh—"
"Crack-boom—crack-boom—"
A massive crescent blade burst from his hand, splitting heaven and earth as it extended beyond the limits of sight.
Ashan withdrew his hand and said, "We'll use this line as the boundary and transform it according to the plan into one support point of the Second-Level World."
Feng Cheng slapped fist into palm. "Got it, Boss Ashan."
Ashan's design concept was not actually complicated. It was essentially the same as the Second-Level Worlds they normally used, except that it added a Small World setting that allowed the two sides to connect freely.
The principle of a Second-Level World was to stuff a Small World into Second-Level Space and keep it stable for a long period, thus forming a crevice space.
Simply put, it was to Teleport the Small World from point A to point B, but jam it at the instant the Teleport completed, leaving the Small World
