As the dark aura rapidly spread, the sky of the Mystical Realm was dyed ink black. The once peaceful and harmonious world was instantly shrouded in gloom. Countless twisted monsters surged from the darkness, baring their fangs and claws, emitting bone-chilling roars as they swarmed towards Chen Siyu, Chen Ruixuan, and Fairy Lingyin like a tide.

Fairy Lingyin's expression was solemn. She twirled her Long Sword a few times, saying, "It seems the dark forces had this planned. We can't let them succeed!" Chen Siyu nodded, the Five-Colored Ribbon dancing nimbly in her hands, emitting a dazzling glow. Chen Ruixuan also gripped his slingshot tightly, Chaos Power flowing around the projectiles.

The first to charge were a group of dark monsters resembling vicious wolves. They were huge, their eyes gleaming with a sinister green light. Chen Siyu launched the first attack. The Five-Colored Ribbon coiled around several wolves like a dragon emerging from the sea, and with a powerful flick, she sent them flying into the distance. Chen Ruixuan, meanwhile, shot projectiles that exploded amidst the monster horde, instantly killing a large number with the potent Chaos Power.

Just as they were desperately holding back the monsters, Fairy Lingyin found the leader of the dark forces deep within the darkness. It was a tall, black-robed man, his face hidden beneath a black hood. In his hand, he clutched a magic staff emanating an evil aura.

"Are you the leader of the dark forces? Why are you invading the Mystical Realm?" Fairy Lingyin roared.

The black-robed man let out a cold laugh. "The Mystical Realm is rich in spiritual energy. If I conquer this place, I can use its power to rule the Primordial World! Do you really think a few of you can stop me?"

With that, the black-robed man waved his magic staff, and a black beam of light shot towards Fairy Lingyin. She swiftly swung her Long Sword, shattering the beam, but she also felt the black-robed man's immense power.

Fairy Lingyin knew she couldn't confront the black-robed man head-on. She skillfully dodged his attacks while searching for an opening. During their fierce exchange, she noticed that the black-robed man's magic staff had a brief pause every time he cast a powerful spell.

Seizing the opportunity, as the black-robed man waved his staff again, Fairy Lingyin flashed beside him and thrust her Long Sword towards his arm. The black-robed man hadn't expected Fairy Lingyin to be so bold and couldn't dodge in time. His arm was cut, and his magic staff fell to the ground.

Deprived of his magic staff, the black-robed man's power greatly diminished. He roared in anger but dared not continue fighting Fairy Lingyin, turning to flee. How could Fairy Lingyin let him escape?
